A breathtaking 1930s silk taffeta dress in a deep plum-wine hue, shifting between aubergine, burgundy and dusty rose as the light catches the silk.

The bodice is beautifully hand-smocked, creating a sculptural, almost corset-like texture, with gathered sleeves and long silk ties that wrap around the waist. Below, the taffeta releases into a wonderfully full, sweeping skirt with that unmistakable 1930s romance.
